SCACDL is an organization solely for criminal defense lawyers providing a specialized forum to meet, debate, and speak out on issues of importance to us and our clients.
To qualify for membership you must be a member of the South Carolina State Bar and must be actively engaged in the defense of criminal cases. Full and part-time prosecutors, full-time Judicial Officers or representatives of a law enforcement agency are ineligible for membership.
