The South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is your organization. It is for all us who sit in the chair, the second most ominous chair in our judicial system; the first being the chair of our clients. The organization strives, both in and out of the courtroom, to better our system, through the organizational listserve, seminars, public education, as well as input on pending legislation that will affect the Constitutions of this State, our United States, and the interests of our clients, both present and future. Because of the duties and responsibilities of our role in the most advanced judicial system in existence, we share a common bond.
